Tom is an internationally award-winning saxophonist and composer based in Manchester, UK.Â
After studying at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), 15 year career has seen a growing portfolio in both Classical and Jazz, which continues to inform all of his original work. Blending his distinctive voice as an improviser, with a characteristically genre-bending compositional flare that absorbs the language of contemporary Classical, Popular and Jazz styles.
Tom has performed his own music around the world as well as touring and recording with internationally renowned artists: from Bob Mintzere and PeeWee Ellis to Shaun Ryder, Poloma Faith and Peter Hook. Recent work has included writing and recording with the BBC Concert Orchestra, a first tour of Australia and an exciting collaboration with animator, AllMighty Steve, celebrating is critically acclaimed albums, Here There be Monsters….in a multi-media exhibition touring the UK in Autumn, 2026.
